| We have implemented a new ITB system where you can now enter and update your contact and bid criteria information directly in our system. Please see the letter below for instructions on how to access the system. Note that the main bid criteria for our ITBs are Trade, State and Area Code. Keeping these fields up to date, will ensure you receive appropriate ITBs for jobs bidding where you perform services. |

| Thank you for being a part of Abba Construction’s ITB database. We have implemented a new web-based ITB program effective immediately. As a courtesy to you, we have uploaded your information from our old database to the new one. You simply need to login and setup a password and you will have access to all the jobs we are bidding and the valuable bid documents.

| Please note that although the old website is still open, NO NEW projects are being added to that site. Please take a moment and login to the new system by following the directions below so that there is no interruption in your receipt of ITBs.

Steps for Logging In:
- Go to www.abbaconstruction.com
- Select the LOGIN button in top right corner
- Enter your email address that we have on file
- Enter your password or Click on forgot password and a password will be emailed to you
- The Tabs at the top of the page are specific to your vendor profile
- The MY PROFILE tab allows you to make changes/updates to your company information
- Review the drop down menu of trades and select every trade applicable to your business
- Select every state and area code where you do business. These fields are used as the bid
selection criteria for all projects.
For example, an electrical project bidding at MacDill Air Force
Base will select all Vendors in the ITB database that have the Trade: Electrical; State: Florida;
and Area Codes: 813, 727 or 941. Only vendors that match the bid selection criteria will receive an
ITB. These projects will show up in the MY PROJECTS tab.
- Click on the ALL PROJECTS tab to see the projects ABBA has out for bid that DO NOT match
your selection criteria, you can add any of these projects to your MY PROJECTS tab. Be sure to
update your bid selection criteria (trade, state, area code) for these jobs to ensure you receive
an ITB when addenda are added for the project.
- ITBs are delivered to the primary and additional email addresses in the profile
- Bids can be sent 3 ways:
- The SEND BID VIA EMAIL tab in the web-based program
- email to estimating@abbaconstruction.com
- fax to 904.886.7036
